Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unassembled, and in original packaging). Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to opened items
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Bath + Body products (for hygiene reasons)
- Bath Salts + Soaps (personal care items)
- Candles + Scents (once opened)
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked “Final Sale”

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our design-conscious customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return mailing address (28 Jacabina Court, Wollongong, AU 2500)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please pack items securely in original packaging and include all tags. We recommend:
- Using a tracked shipping service
- Insuring the package for its full value
- Emailing us the tracking number
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
