Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over A$50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary during peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unassembled, and in original packaging).

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Bath + Body products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bath Salts + Soaps (personal care items)
  • Candles + Scents (once opened)
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached. We recommend:

  • Using a tracked shipping service
  • Insuring the package for its full value
  • Emailing us the tracking number

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to opened items, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Timeline:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.

Exchanges

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items
